The Kips Bay Decorator Show House is heading west this fall, with its inaugural Show House being hosted in Dallas, Texas, beginning in September. The event will host an opening night preview celebration on September 24 and will be open to the public from September 25 to October 25.

The Show House, as always, will support Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club, along with two local nonprofits: Dwell with Dignity and Crystal Charity Ball. And with Dallas-based designers Jean Liu, Chad Dorsey, and Jan Showers; Christopher Peacock of Christopher Peacock Cabinetry; and our very own Steele Marcoux on the design committee, this highly anticipated event is sure to exceed expectations.

This fall’s Show House will be taking proper precautions in light of COVID-19, with health screenings required for all staff and increased cleaning and sanitation throughout the home to protect the designers and guests. There will also be a limit on the number of attendees, and guests will purchase admission tickets sold for specific dates and times to ensure city and state social distancing guidelines are met. Guests and employees will also be required to wear masks and will be provided one if they do not have their own.
