Calling all design lovers! The Kips Bay Decorator Show House will return for its third consecutive year to Dallas, Texas, and will be open to the public for one month beginning Friday, September 23, 2022. The Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club announced the location for this year’s highly anticipated Show House: 9250 Meadowbrook Drive in the Sunnybrook Estates neighborhood.

Situated in the heart of historic Old Preston Hollow, this rambling 12,470-square-foot estate sits on a wooded two-acre lot. The main home is comprised of five bedrooms, six full baths, and two half baths. The multiple sun-laden living spaces feature floor-to-ceiling glass walls, offering vistas of outdoor lounge areas as well as the live creek flowing through the lush landscape.

The residence also features a four-car garage and a motor court. Beside the swimming pool, with a gracious deck for relaxing in the sun, is a pool house (which can double as a secluded apartment for guests). We can’t wait to see how the extraordinary team of top designers will transform the sprawling Dallas estate this fall.

“This is such an important event for the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club and the design industry alike,” said Dan Quintero, the Executive Director of the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club. “We couldn’t be more excited to welcome the Dallas community to the Kips Bay Decorator Show House Dallas again this year and continue to raise critical funding for our kids and community.”

In addition to the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club, the Dallas Show House will benefit two local charities: Dwell with Dignity, a nonprofit agency dedicated to creating soothing, inspiring homes for families struggling with homelessness and poverty, and The Crystal Charity Ball, an organization whose mission is to aid, support and make contributions to children's charities in Dallas County.

This year’s Kips Bay Decorator Show House Dallas co-chairs are Jean Liu, Chad Dorsey, and Jan Showers, with Laura Falconer and Trish Sheats serving as vice chairs. Jamie Drake and Veranda editor-in-chief Steele Marcoux are honorary chairs.
