Design lovers, mark your calendars! The Kips Bay Decorator Show House is coming back to Dallas for its fourth consecutive year, and it will be open to the public for two weeks beginning November 3, 2023. The Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club just announced the location for this fall’s highly anticipated event: 9446 Hathaway Street in historic Old Preston Hollow’s Sunnybrook Estates neighborhood.

Nestled in the heart of Old Preston Hollow, this 1940s home sits on 1.7 wooded acres. The 7,992-square-foot floor plan include five bedrooms and four living areas. The property also showcases a pool, scenic outdoor living spaces, and a three-car garage with ample storage space. We can’t wait to meet the exceptional team of interior designers that will transform the sprawling estate this fall.

“We’re thrilled to return to the Old Preston Hollow neighborhood for the fourth annual Kips Bay Decorator Show House,” notes James Druckman, president of the board of the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club. “The Show House continues to excite and engage the design community, and we couldn’t be more excited to return to Dallas during Dallas Design Week to raise critical funding for the Dallas community and our kids.”

In addition to the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club (which provides young people with educational and developmental programs in New York City), the Dallas Show House will also benefit two local charities: Dwell with Dignity, a nonprofit agency dedicated to creating soothing, inspiring homes for families struggling with homelessness and poverty, and The Crystal Charity Ball, another Dallas-based organization that aids, supports and contributes to children's charities in Dallas County.

This year’s Kips Bay Decorators Show House Dallas co-chairs are Jean Liu and Chad Dorsey; Laura Lee Clark and Trish Sheats serve as vice chairs. Jamie Drake, Jan Showers, and VERANDA Editor in Chief Steele Marcoux are honorary chairs.
