The adorable video of Dandy was shared to the TikTok account @lifesjustdandy and all I wanna know is, where is my invitation? Here's one party that seems like a blast to attend! TikTok users agree and @Keep comments, "So sweet, love the outfits on Dandy and the other little cocker spaniel. Happy birthday Dandy!" Yes! It's just all too cute. @BooBoo says, "Aww how cute! There's nothing cuter than seeing all the fun and creative ways pet parents dress their fur babies up for Halloween. If you are planning on dressing up your pup, it's important you start early so they have time to get used to the costume. Offer treats and praise after you try it on them, and make sure it doesn't interfere with their eating, drinking, walking or going outside to do their business.
Make sure that no aspects of the costume are too tight or poke your pet, and if they exhibit any signs of discomfort or stress, take off the costume and make adjustments when necessary.
