Kimora Lee Simmons and Her Husband Adopt 10-Month-Old Son, Gary

Congratulations are in order for Kimora Lee Simmons and her husband, Tim Leissner. People reports that the couple, who got married back in 2014, had a son together, Wolf, four years ago. The new addition to the family is a 10-month-old son named Gary.

Gary will join Simmons's expanding family, which includes son Kenzo, 10, who she shares with ex Djimon Hounsou. Her two daughters, Aoki and Ming, ages 17 and 20, respectively, are from her prior relationship with Russell Simmons. Fans of Simmons may know the kids from her reality series, Kimora: Life in the Fab Lane, which ran for four seasons beginning in 2007.

The new baby comes along just as Simmons is making headlines professionally, as well. Baby Phat, a brand that saw its heyday in the '00s, returned to the fashion landscape with a capsule collection of 16 items that cashed in on nostalgia. It was originally launched in 1999 and Simmons herself often starred in the advertising for the line. With the relaunch, her daughters stepped out in front of the cameras and modeled the collection.

Simmons called the re-launch a rebirth, saying, "Here we are again, 20 years later in 2019, and now [my daughters] are with me taking the reins. This is a woman-owned company, run by me and my daughters. I've been in fashion for 30 years. But now it's about passing the torch from one to the next."

With five kids and a fashion empire to run, Simmons has a lot on her plate, though there's no doubt this master of fabulosity can take it all in stride.
