Kim Kardashian Is a Vixen in a Black Leather Halter Top and Matching Lace-Up Pants

If we know anything about Kim Kardashian, it’s that she loves a monochromatic moment. From matching sets covered in Swarovski crystals to translucent ivory suits to even that head-to-toe black Met Gala look, Kardashian often gravitates toward color coordination. Yet each time she does, she manages to make it look so new. Last night was no different.

The Skims founder was captured in photos published by the Daily Mail attending Jay-Z’s star-studded pre-Grammys party in Hollywood, looking rock-star chic in an all-black ensemble. Kardashian’s fete attire consisted of a cropped, form-fitting black leather halter top that featured a high neckline, a completely open back, and a cross embossed at the front and center, with a smaller silver cross within. She paired the hot piece with matching inky low-rise suede pants that featured a lace-up design along the side of each leg and at the leather waist, exposing her midriff. She accented the edgy fit with multitone brown snakeskin open-toe heels and a small shiny black clutch. Rounding it all off, the American Horror Story actor glammed up with a sultry smoky eye, bronzy blush, and a nude brown lip, while styling her jet-black hair straight and parted down the middle.

Kardashian attended the event with younger sister Khloé, who also opted for an entirely black outfit. Hers was composed of figure-hugging jumpsuit with ruching detailing and a zip-up construction on the bodice and a plunging halter neckline, which she layered under a grand midi suede coat that featured fur lining on the inside, along the hem, cuffs, and collar, and as an accent throughout. The Good American founder kept the theme going with slouchy pointed-toe stiletto boots and oversize shades. For a final touch, she wore her long, luscious blonde locks in soft waves and wore a peachy nude lip.

Kim’s outing comes on the heels of her trip to Paris for Couture Week, where she, of course, showed out in fabulous looks. She made a grand entrance at Maison Margiela’s show in a head-turning bodycon dress, once again opting for black. The piece was a floor-length gown that featured circular cutouts all over and barely-there spaghetti straps. To add to the drama, the reality star layered on a massive silver choker necklace in an intricate design, which cascaded from her neck to her chest.
