How Kim Kardashian Is Staying Safe After Paris
Since thieves broke into Kim Kardashian’s hotel room back in October and stole $11 million worth of jewelry, Kim has remained uncharacteristically quiet. She hasn’t posted anything on Twitter or Instagram in over a month, and has only been seen in a public a couple of times. According to a new Us Weekly cover story, that’s unlikely to change anytime soon, because Kim is busy overseeing a “complete overhauling of security.” She no longer drives herself anywhere, instead having a chauffeur do it, and she plans to stop sharing her location with her followers on social media. “A team of security experts goes through her day-to-day life to assess potential threats and vulnerabilities,” says Us Weekly. “The robbery has made her reevaluate what’s important in life. She will be more careful and more private now.”
Us also reports that Kim has resumed shooting of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, which halted production after the robbery. She will presumably be on hand for the birth of Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna’s baby this month (Blac Chyna is in the hospital now, per TMZ). Rob and Chyna announced earlier this week that they were “taking over” Kim’s app this week, though whether or not that will still happen now that the baby is imminent is unclear. You know a baby Chyna Kimoji is coming though.
