Kim Kardashian is ringing in her 43rd birthday with a bang.
The reality star was captured out in Los Angeles on Oct. 20, the eve of the big day, where she and most of her family—Khloé, Kendall, Kylie and Kris, who later posted a sweet tribute to her daughter on Instagram—along with celebrity pals like Hailey Bieber, Kimora Lee Simmons, Lauren Sánchez and Ivanka Trump, gathered at Funke to celebrate.
Kourtney was not in attendance, despite the two seemingly having buried the hatchet, but the Poosh founder is currently experiencing a high-risk pregnancy.
In paparazzi photos from that night, Kim sizzled in a satiny red dress with countless straps and cutouts, pulled tight to fit her curvaceous form. Several straps crisscrossed over her shoulders and neck to hold the dress up and then tied at multiple points down each side. A small cutout was featured in between her breasts with several larger ones on her sides from the side of her bust down to her hips.
She paired the look with coral-colored strappy sandals and a little black purse, and opted for a wet appearance on her long, crimped hair. Despite the late hour, she wore a dark pair of sunglasses, obscuring her makeup, though her lashes peeked out over the top.

Clearly, red is the color of the season. Heidi Klum has been spotted rocking two bold 'fits in the last week alone, stepping out in head-to-toe red leather and a sultry red blazer dress. Brooke Shields was also recently seen in a bright red jumpsuit for a provocative art event, while Shania Twain tried out a fire engine red hairstyle at a recent concert.
