Kim Kardashian Responds to Fake News That She Gave JFK’s Blood-Stained Shirt to North

• Kim Kardashian has responded to inaccurate reports that she gave North JFK’s blood-stained shirt for Christmas.

• Kim called a fake IG story of the purchase a “sick joke.”

Looks like 2019 is ending on a predictably bizarre note, with Kim Kardashian out here shutting down false reports that she purchased former President John F. Kennedy’s blood-stained shirt for her daughter North as a Christmas gift.

Confused/in a state of WTF? Same. Basically, Buzzfeed writer Nina Mohan called out a piece of inaccurate news claiming Kim had purchased the shirt, tweeting, “I AM SCREAMING someone tweeted as a joke that Kim Kardashian gifted North JFK’s bloody shirt and Refinery29 wrote about it as if it were true????”

Kim RT’d the tweet and explained that the news was “obviously fake,” saying, “I did not get JFK’s shirt. That is a sick joke that someone tweeted as a fake ig story that I never posted.”

Kim and Kanye did give North the famous black jacket that Michael Jackson wore with Elizabeth Taylor as well as his “Smooth Criminal” hat, because “North is a really big Michael Jackson fan.” Kim said they won the jacket at an auction and she and Kanye decided to have it hemmed it so that North can wear it now and lengthen it as she grows up.
