Kim Kardashian is known for reinvention, and that's exactly what she's doing—this time with her beauty brand.

After shuttering KKW Beauty and KKW Fragrance last year, Kardashian officially announced her re-entry into the business with SKKN BY KIM, a refillable nine-piece skincare line launching June 21.

“What began as a psoriasis diagnosis became the catalyst for my journey of skincare discoveries, inspiring me to learn more about my skin and how to care for it," Kardashian said in a press release. "Working with some of the top dermatologists and estheticians over the years has given me the incredible opportunity to learn from their expertise—and I knew I had to share my learnings."

As for the product lineup, Kardashian is staying true to herself, telling Allure, "I didn't want to launch with three or four products like it was recommended [to me] at the beginning because that's not my skin-care routine. That's not realistic for me."

The initial products in the line include:

  • a cleanser (($43/$37 refill)

  • toner ($45/$38 refill)

  • exfoliator ($55/$47 refill)

  • hyaluronic acid serum ($90/$77 refill)

  • vitamin C8 serum ($90/$77 refill)

  • face cream ($85/$72 refill)

  • eye cream ($75/$64 refill)

  • vitamin C oil drops ($95/$81 refill)

  • hydrating night oil ($95/$81 refill)

In the press release, Kardashian added that the products are "Fueled by years of gathered insights" and that "SKKN BY KIM’s science-backed formulas work together to reactivate skin’s inner potential and inspire confidence." They'll be sold direct-to-consumer at skknbykim.com starting June 21 at 9 AM PT / 12 PM ET.

The name—a reference to Kardashian's initials, it would appear—is already garnering some backlash on social media for its similarity to Lori Harvey's line, SKN By Lori Harvey.

Kardashian has yet to address the name similarities (nor has Harvey). So far, she's simply shared about her excitement for SKKN BY KIM, tweeting, "I created this line so that everyone can feel confident in their skin, and I can’t wait to finally be able to share it with you!"
