Kim Kardashian’s Legally Blonde Halloween Costume Is a Nod to Her Attorney Aspirations

We knew Kim Kardashian West was thinking about going blonde again, but little did we suspect it would come to fruition as part of a perfect Halloween costume. On Thursday afternoon, the reality star and makeup mogul continued her years-long streak of enviable Halloween ensembles, posting photos of herself in her spin on two different iconic looks from Legally Blonde.

In the first shot of several slides, we see Kardashian West wearing a form-fitting pink dress, a silver Tiffany necklace, pink-tinted sunglasses, a black bag that's serving as a carrier for an adorable little dog, and, of course, a blonde wig that fully nails the Elle Woods aesthetic. Oh — and we can't forget about the fuzzy pink pen in her French-manicured hands. The next few slides pay homage to the Reese Witherspoon character's sparkly green bikini, showing Kardashian West on a pink pool floatie and posing indoors.

But that's not where Kardashian West's commitment to the costume ends. In what's clearly a nod to how she's personally studying to pass the bar in California, Kardashian West even reenacted Elle Woods's Harvard admissions video, giving Ariana Grande's "Thank U, Next" video a run for its money. She recites every line with the confidence of someone who's seen the 2001 movies dozens of times, contributing to a truly respectable shot-for-shot reproduction.
