Kim Kardashian Just Wore a Waist-Length Ponytail Braid With an Epic Twist

If you keep up with Kim Kardashian and her ever-changing hair looks, then you'll know she's a huge fan of super-long styles and dramatic updos — as is her go-to hair guy, Chris Appleton, who just gave the beauty mogul a mesmerizing ponytail braid that marries both aesthetics.
True to Appleton's style, the look had to make a serious statement, so instead of giving Kardashian just one braid, he gave her two — both within the same ponytail. The Los Angeles-based hairstylist shared the stunning look on his Instagrram with the caption, "What’s better than 1 braid....2," to which he's receiving comments like: "TRUE," "FORE🔥🔥🔥 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽," and "Yep yep yep yep 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻."
The KKW Beauty founder was also seen wearing the braided hairstyle on Saturday in an Instagram post of her own, in which she expressed support for the Armenia Fund — an organization that helps those who need access to food, shelter, medical care, and more, due to the current crisis there.
It's highly likely that Appleton used extensions on Kardashian here, considering how much hair was needed to craft each plait. Plus, the reality star is a regular extension wearer as she loves doing ultra-long styles (this look serves as further proof), so it only makes sense.
Some might remember that Appleton gave Jennifer Lopez a similar — albeit even lengthier — braided ponytail that reached all the way to the floor. That, and he's done Ariana Grande's hair in a comparable way, too, however her ponytail braid sat much higher on her head.
It goes without saying but Appleton has created myriad memorable hair looks on Kardashian, and this one is no exception.
