We've never seen anything like this shade.

When you think of Kim Kardashian, her long, jet-black hair surely comes to mind. It's the hair color she had when we were first introduced to her as Paris Hilton's assistant, and it's stayed that way pretty much ever since, save for occasional stints as an icy blonde or playing with pastel shades. However, the mogul just debuted a hair color we've never seen on her before, and we couldn't be more in love.

On November 16, Kardashian attended the GQ Men of the Year party in Los Angeles, celebrating her recent cover for the publication in a custom Chrome Hearts dress, trendy hot chocolate nails, and the thing we can't stop thinking about: beautiful beige-blonde hair.

Styled in a pin-straight middle part, her roots were just a tad lighter than usual black we're used to seeing on her. Then, about two inches from her scalp, they quickly shifted into the beige-blonde color that was nearly the same hue as her dress. The warm-toned neutral shade continued throughout her whole mane, stretching all the way to the ends by her hips. The shade wasn't as yellow as the honey blonde shade she's tried in the past, and clearly was not white enough to be considered icy. Instead, it was more reminiscent of a sandy beach, especially with the few closely varying shades found throughout the look.

Her hair matched the tone of her glam perfectly. Her skin was matte and sculpted with a bronzing effect on her cheeks. Her lips were lined with a cool brown, and filled in with clear gloss that provided high shine. Kim's eyes had an earthy, sultry, beige smoky look, with fluttering long black lashes sticking out from the nude hues on her lids.

The monochromatic browns continued onto her nails, which were a rich chocolatey brown that's perfectly on-trend. Done by Brittany Boyce, they were coffin-shaped and long. "We wanted to keep Kim’s nails neutral while also complimenting her outfit for the event," says Boyce, who used CND's Shellac ($16) in Leather Goods for the mani. "As Kim is GQ’s ‘Man of the Year’, we wanted to stay within the thematic of something ‘masculine’ but still elegant with the long coffin tips that really help to elongate her hands.”

Both her nails and hair coordinated with her gown, a custom piece made by Chrome Hearts. It featured a backless cutout with the signature silver Chrome Hearts cross on her tailbone, and numerous suede Chrome Hearts crosses stitched across the gown. A chain strap held the halter-top neckline on her shoulders, and she finished off the look with a stack of gold rings and coordinating tan heels.
