Since Kim Kardashian closed the doors on KKW Beauty and KKW Fragrances in 2021, fans of the business mogul's beauty offerings have been left wondering if they'll ever see their beloved contour sticks and Kardashian-shaped perfume bottles ever again. Kardashian launched skin-care brand Skkn in 2022, and many wondered whether any other product categories might eventually become part of the rebranded beauty label.

It seems fan can rest easy, thanks to a video Kardashian shared on Instagram on Tuesday. "I have been reading the comments on the Skkn account, and so many of you want us to bring color cosmetics back," told fans, hinting at a forthcoming return to the category.

The reality star goes on to read a variety of comments from fans, including, "Kim! Where is the makeup and fragrance? Im [sic] dying for it! The world has been begging you!!!" and "We don't want this we want the purfumes [sic] n makeup back please" — seemingly in response to Skkn's skin-care line. At the end of the video, the date "01.26.24" flashes in front of an on-brand neutral-toned screen.

Skkn did not immediately share additional details, but we'll be keeping our eyes peeled for any updates leading up to the teased release date.

Update, Wed. Jan. 17, 3:15 p.m.: Kim Kardashian formally announced Skkn By Kim Makeup — a line "inspired by my iconic smoky eye and nude lip" — in a new Instagram post on Wednesday.

The launch's product lineup will include 10 full-coverage soft matte lipsticks, 15 matte lip pencils and a matte eye-shadow palette consisting of 12 warm- and cool-toned nude shadows.

Though there's still no word on the aforementioned relaunch of fragrances, shoppers can officially add Kardashian's rebranded color cosmetics to their carts starting at 9 a.m. PST on Jan. 26 at Skknbykim.com.
