When it comes to Kim Kardashian’s fashion M.O., less is more. From her bra top made entirely out of Swarovski crystals at Beyoncé’s Renaissance concert to her athleisure ‘fit featuring a totally sheer tank top during her Japan travels, Kim lives, breathes, and sleeps all things sheer. So, to everyone’s surprise, we were shocked to witness the Queen of Naked Dressing’s latest outing to be her most conservative yet (and no, not the one-of-a-kind 2021 Met Gala look — but close).

On Tuesday, the SKIMS founder shut down the Kering's second annual Caring For Women Dinner at The Pool in New York City while looking like a literal ice princess. Donning a custom Balenciaga gown, she dripped in a baby pink long-sleeve turtleneck dress swathed in crystals with a dramatic train. She layered the figure-hugging gown over a skin-tone pantabodysuit, and accessorized the sparkly number with a smattering of rings by Lorraine Schwartz and a matching manicure.

As for her glam, she styled her waist-length brunette hair in tousled beach waves with a middle part and opted for a sparkly, smoky eye, feathered lashes, rosy cheeks, and a brown lip liner with gloss.

Her appearance comes less than 24 hours after she stepped out during New York Fashion Week in a look that proved a snakeskin leather trench coat can be worn day to night. On Monday, she first sported the cherry-red snakeskin trench coat over a black Harley Davidson zip-up hoodie and matching wide-leg sweatpants, before transitioning it into night with nothing but a pair of pointy-toe black heels.
