Killing Eve's Season 2 premiere date is set, and it'll be here sooner than you can say "Villanelle"

If you aren’t hooked on BBC America’s feminist TV drama about a psychopath and an MI6 agent, find a way to get hooked asap: Killing Eve returns for a second season this spring. WARNING, spoilers ahead: When we last left Killing Eve, Sandra Oh’s Eve Polastri had stabbed Jodie Comer’s Villanelle in the stomach. Entertainment Weekly recently released some teaser images from the upcoming season, which showed a bloodied Villanelle running through the streets of Paris and a worried Eve contemplating her fate in a bathtub. Now, we finally have a Season 2 premiere date and a couple teaser trailers.

The show returns April 7th, 2019 at 8 p.m. EST and, to commemorate the occasion, BBC America gave us the following two teaser trailers.

In the first clip, Eve runs her fingers through her iconic mane while her colleague Carolyn Martens asks: “Why are you and Villanelle so interested in each other? What really happened in Paris?” In the second teaser, a faux-innocent Villanelle coos: “I hope you haven’t forgotten about me.” (Unlikely, V.)

If you haven’t jumped on the Killing Eve train yet, the entire first season is available to watch on Hulu. When the second season returns, it will likely only be available to watch on BBC America, which you can stream online with a cable subscription.

Fans of the show also have the 2019 Golden Globes to look forward to. Not only is Oh co-hosting the show (with actor Andy Samberg), she’s also nominated for best actress in a television drama, which she’s going to win because she’s Sandra freaking Oh and Killing Eve is the best show on television.
