Children have been a part of the annual Academy Awards, also known as the Oscars, since the third edition of the show when 9-year-old Jackie Cooper was nominated for Best Actor for his role in 1931’s “Skippy.” Since then, many child stars have graced the Oscars red carpet, including Shirley Temple, Drew Barrymore and Jaden Smith.
Whether they are attending because of a nomination as a plus one to one of their parents, the children of the Oscars have brought standout shoe moments to the red carpet.

Quinn Cummings looked whimsical as she attended the 50th Annual Academy Awards in Los Angeles on April 3, 1978. The “Goodbye Girl” actress wore a white embroidered midi dress that featured an A-line silhouette and a pink satin waist belt. She added a matching shaw and a pair of white sheer stockings, which cascaded into a pair of light pink ballerina flats.

Justin Henry suited up for the 52nd Annual Academy Awards in Los Angeles on April 14, 1980. The “Kramer vs. Kramer” actor opted a white button down shirt which he layered with a navy blue blazer.
