Waking up to a winter wonderland can be jarring but also a beautiful display of mother nature's power and elegance. As NYC Restaurant Week begins with a snowy bang, the offerings at Tavern on the Green inside Central Park are worth braving the elements for lunch or dinner! Their special menus are available January 16th thru February 4th.

Guests can enjoy a 3-course dinner, priced at $60 per person, chosen from the curated Restaurant Week menu from Executive Chef Bill Peet. Menu item highlights include Caramelized Garlic Shrimp, White Wine Braised Beef Short Rib and Warm Apple Crisp. Additionally, the menu offers a wine paring option for each course. Wine options for the appetizer course are 2021 Tenuta Ca'Bolani Pinot Grigio from Frulli, Italy OR 2019 Lockhart Merlot from California. Wine options for the dinner course are 2018 Hanging Vine Chardonnay from Lodi, California OR 2020 Alhambra Malbec from Mendoza, Argentina. The optional wine pairing is priced at $25 per person. The restaurant will also be offering a 2-course lunch, priced at $45 per person. The lunch will also have a wine paring option for each course, priced at $20 per person.
