Khloe Kardashian Responds to Donald Trump Reportedly Calling Her a “Fat Piglet”

Among the barrage of offensive things Donald Trump has said and been accused of doing to women, which have rained down ever since the 2005 video surfaced where he talked about groping women, one of them was comments he made about Khloe Kardashian on the set of The Apprentice. “She is a fat piglet," Trump said of the reality TV star who was then a contestant, as a former staffer on the show revealed to The Huffington Post. "Why did we get the ugly Kardashian?" Up until today, Khloe had stayed silent about the allegations, but that changed when she spoke with The Los Angeles Times.
Khloe not only addressed the offensive remarks, she also delivered the perfect mic drop. "I didn't think he was saying those things about me," she said. "But he says those comments about a lot of women—really derogatory things. Someone who is that simplistic to judge things off of surface is not someone I want running my country."
Like a real-life martyr, Khloe offered up the sage wisdom that if comments like these can change the minds of his supporters, she is OK with being the butt of them. "I'm a tough cookie, so something that he said—that's not gonna bother me," she said, echoing Serena Williams' M.O. that the only person who should be able to control the way you see yourself is you. "Ninety percent of the time, criticism doesn't bother me. I'm not sure why. I think I'm just in my own world. But I believe that's why [those incidents] happen to me, because I can take it. If that's what it takes to get even just this little group of people to realize how shady and bad and negative that one person is, I can take it."
Khloe also gave an opinion that the rest of the world—especially those prone to body-shaming others—should take heed of: "It's not cool or appropriate for any person, male or female, to judge someone else by their looks. I find it really cruel. It's wild."
