The pair have reportedly welcomed a bouncing baby boy.

It's a boy! Khloé Kardashian is officially a mother-of-two, a rep for Kardashian confirmed to People.

The Good American co-founder, 38, has welcomed her second child with Tristan Thompson, 31. The pair—who split in January—already share 4-year-old daughter, True Thompson, who is now the older sister to a bouncing baby boy.

Kardashian has not yet decided on a name for the new bundle of joy, according to the outlet.

As Parade previously reported, news broke last month that Kardashian and Thompson were expecting another baby together via surrogate, seven months after the exes called it quits.

"We can confirm True will have a sibling who was conceived in November," a source revealed at the time.

"Khloé is incredibly grateful to the extraordinary surrogate for such a beautiful blessing. We'd like to ask for kindness and privacy so that Khloé can focus on her family."

Kardashian began dating the NBA star in 2016, and the pair welcomed their firstborn in 2018. After dating on and off, the exes called it quits in January of this year—after the baby was already conceived—as a result of the Chicago Bulls player's multiple cheating scandals. Thompson fathered a child with Maralee Nichols, who gave birth to their son in December 2021.

Now, things are said to be "okay" between the pair, although according to E! NewsKhloé and Tristan "have not spoken outside of co-parenting matters" since December.
