There Was a Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson Reunion at the Kardashian Family Christmas Party

The Kardashian family's annual Christmas Eve party is always full of shock and awe.

This year's bash — hosted at Kourtney's house — saw a musical performance by Sia in a life-size gift box, a rare appearance from Rob, and excessive holiday decorations, including an upside-down Christmas tree in Kourt's living room. However, the biggest surprise of the night came courtesy of Khloé who reunited with her ex Tristan Thompson during the festivities.

The pair were spotted hanging out in the background of a photo taken at the bash by Dr. Simon Ourian, and fans are freaking out. "My girl DESERVES so MUCH BETTER THAN HIM," one user commented on the snap. "Wow am in shock," another simply stated, while an additional Kardashian supporter wrote: "Nooooooooooo please say it isn’t so!!!"

However, before the internet completely loses its chill, this doesn't necessarily mean Khloé and Tristan are getting back together. A source at the party told E! News, "There was no tension or drama, just a lot of love and family time. Khloé and Tristan were great. They hung out together with True and were chatting a lot."

Earlier this year, the Good American founder revealed that she was "really proud at the co-parenting place" she and Tristan were in, after the NBA player gifted her balloons spelling out the name of her newly-launched fragrance.

“Tristan is very charming and sweet to Khloé,” a source later told People in December. “She always wanted to keep her family together because of True. Splitting from Tristan in the past was extremely difficult for her. She is flattered that he is trying to win her back, but not flattered enough to be in a romantic relationship with him.”

“Right now she is focused on just getting along with him so they can have the best family time together with True.”
