'The Kardashians' returns to Hulu on Thursday, Sept. 22.

Fans are gearing up for the Season 2 premiere of The Kardashians, which appears to have no shortage of drama, according to a newly released trailer video

In the new clip, Khloé Kardashian gets very emotional in a confessional for the show as she talks about her second baby, who was conceived via surrogate before news of Tristan Thompson fathering a child with another woman came to light.

The tearful clip shows Kardashian, 38, sitting down for a confessional interview when she says, "There is something that I'm ready to talk about," before announcing that she and Thompson, 31, are having another baby.

"It's supposed to be a really exciting time, and it's just a different experience," the reality said through tears in the video, which Hulu released on Tuesday.

Her mom, Kris Jenner, is also seen crying in her own confessional interview for the reality show, where she says, "It's hard to watch [Khloé] in pain."

"It's been a difficult time in my life," the Good American co-founder admits in the clip, seemingly referencing the drama surrounding Thompson's cheating scandal with Maralee Nichols, who gave birth to the basketball pro's child in December 2021.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians alum found out about the heartbreaking situation during Season 1 of the famous family's new Hulu show, although the public wasn't aware at the time that Kardashian was also expecting another child with Thompson when his scandal became public.

In August, Kardashian and Thompson—who already share 4-year-old daughter True—welcomed their second child via surrogate, a bouncing baby boy whose name has not yet been revealed.

"Khloé is incredibly grateful to the extraordinary surrogate for such a beautiful blessing," a source revealed at the time."We'd like to ask for kindness and privacy so that Khloé can focus on her family."

To hear the rest of the story, fans will have to tune into the show, which returns to Hulu on Thursday, Sept. 22.
