Khloé Kardashian Says Cheating Scandal Is "Very Hard to Relive" as Dramatic Trailer Drops
It looks like Sunday's episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians is the one everyone's been waiting for and dreading-aka the first BTS look at what it was like for Khloé Kardashian when news broke that Tristan Thompson had cheated on her.
E! dropped a brief-but-intense first look at the episode, which features a worried Kim Kardashian on a shoot saying "she's literally going to go into labor over this."
Fans were understandably concerned about Khloé having to relive these memories, and she actually hit up Twitter to respond directly to one person, basically saying that yeah, it sucks. "I signed up to show the for the good and the bad, right?" she said. "The bad is very hard to relive but it’s life."

As of now, it looks like Tristan and Khloé are still together, though she didn't move to Cleveland with him and there are plenty of source reports that she's fully over it. Either way, he's probably not going to be the world's most popular dude after next week....
