Khloé Kardashian Live-Tweeted Last Night's KUWTK Episode About Tristan Thompson

There's been a lot happening with the Kardashian-Jenner clan this year (multiple babies, a secret pregnancy, concerning Kanye rants, a few birthdays), but Khloé Kardashian's had a particularly rough go of it. Although she was excited about her pregnancy—and gave birth to a happy baby named True—she wasn't having the best time with the baby's father, Tristan Thompson, after he was caught cheating on her in April. Photos and videos surfaced of the incident just days before she gave birth.

Of course, during this whole time, the Kardashian-Jenners were filming their reality show, Keeping Up With the Kardashians. KUWTK has always highlighted both the ups and the downs of the KarJenner crew, so when news broke of Thompson's cheating, viewers expected the family would discuss it on the show. And they were right. The latter half of last night's episode showed all the siblings and mama Kris Jenner learning of Thompson's indiscretions for the first time. Khloé wasn't filmed herself; we only heard her talk to Kim briefly on the phone, where she said she couldn't be calm about the situation and was desperately trying to get a flight back to Los Angeles. However, she did live-tweet the emotional episode.

She first made a statement on Instagram shortly before the episode aired on Sunday evening.

"Tonight’s episode is an uncomfortable and super emotional one for me, but when we signed up for this show over a decade ago, we signed up for a reality show, which meant showing you guys inside our lives, the good, the bad and the ugly," she wrote to accompany an old video of her baby bump. "To relive these moments all over again is incredibly difficult emotionally but I also hope that with every trail, tribulation and curve ball life throws at us, that we ALL get to learn from our journeys. Amidst the tough times, I have been blessed with the ultimate gift, my angel who has changed my life in ways I never could have imagined. Remember that you are never alone in your pain, and that everything is temporary. Pain, joy, elation, panic, anxiety, it is all temporary. Be grateful for the experiences that continue to build character, and make you who you are."

Khloé dropped a hint just last week that this episode would be emotional. "Sadly, it will. I signed up to show the for the good and the bad, right? The bad is very hard to relive but it’s life," she said in response to a fan who inquired about it.

She kept up the tweeting in real time last night, as well. "I love filming for the show and I am proud that we are all strong and brave enough to be vulnerable BUT we have to start airing shows closer to real time. This episode is about 7 months old and it’s a lot to relive all over again But maybe I need to," she wrote at the top of the episode.

When one fan tweeted, "Trying to remain positive but it’s so hard because @khloekardashian is my girl. He is a great dad. She forgave him. It’s their life, not mine," Khloé responded, "Hahaha baby, I’m about to get pissed again too! Lol you are talking me down."

"He probably should huh?" Khloé tweeted when asked if Tristan was watching the show with her.

"Oh my God my heart is racing! So crazy how emotions never die! You may forgive but forgetting is not possible," she also added.

Khloé also got emotional during the scene where her sisters were contemplating how to tell her about the news. "I love my sisters more than ANYTHING else in the world," she wrote. After seeing how Kylie struggled with texting her about the situation, she tweeted, "I can’t believe Kylie thought she would hurt my feelings 😩 I needed to see what was happening and better from my family then by someone else ."

As the episode ended, Khloé took some time to chat about why she wanted Tristan present for True's birth despite everything that happened. " I chose to put my feelings aside for the birth and to try and have as much positive energy that I could. My only thought was about the birth of my daughter," she wrote.
