Khloé Kardashian‘s fans are voicing their “support” and “sadness” for the reality TV star, 39, after a vintage snapshot of her from almost two decades ago made its way back into the spotlight. Detractors are claiming that Khloé looks “drastically different” now, and are citing her apparent use of plastic surgery for the change.

The now viral picture, originally taken at a Hollywood charity event in 2006, features a 22-year-old Khloé alongside her older sister Kim. The occasion was the “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” Annual Celebrity All-Star Charity Weekend.

Recently, a fan posted the image in an online chat room, as reported by the U.S. Sun, igniting renewed interest in Khloé’s past appearance and the rumors surrounding her current look. With that said, we gathered some recent images of the Good American founder as well as shots of her from the mid 2000s.

While Khloé has admitted to undergoing rhinoplasty surgery and getting Botox injections in the past, some social media users have accused her of getting a BBL ('Brazilian butt lift'), lip fillers, buccal fat removal surgery and more, all of which she has denied.

In the chat room where the old photo of her was uploaded, one user wrote: "I look back at a photo like this and it makes me so sad. because wow Khloe looks absolutely stunning." Another added: "Tall and statuesque with an hourglass figure, pale skin and striking hazel eyes."

Someone else chimed in: "Imagine if her family had acknowledged her beauty and built up her confidence from an early age instead of doing the exact opposite." One other replied: "Khloe was so naturally pretty! It’s so sad that she was bullied so much that she’s resorted to an insane amount of plastic surgery."

Over the past decade, the mom of two has been subject to much speculation regarding changes to her physical appearance. In 2021, she addressed this during the highly viewed Keeping Up With The Kardashians reunion event. "For me, everyone says, ‘Oh my gosh, she’s had her third face transplant!' I’ve had one nose job!" she said.

She added: "Everyone gets so upset, like, why don’t I talk about it? No one’s ever asked me!" She went on, telling host Andy Cohen: "You’re the first person that’s ever asked me in an interview about my nose. I’ve done, sure, injections. Not really Botox. I’ve responded horribly to Botox."

Over the years, Khloé has also been accused of getting plastic surgery or taking weight loss drugs to help shed pounds, and she has vehemently denied this.

In January 2023, she responded to an Instagram commenter who accused her of taking drugs like Ozempic. "The fact that she uses [diabetic] medicine to get this skinny is disturbing," the user wrote under a mirror pic she posted.

She shot back: "Let’s not discredit my years of working out. I get up five days a week at 6 a.m. to train. Please stop with your assumptions. I guess new year still means mean people."

Although Khloé denies having undergone many of the plastic surgery procedures that social media users have accused her of over the years, many still think that her appearance has significantly changed since the mid 2000s.
