Khloé Kardashian Brings Up the Elephant in the Room During a Tough Conversation About Tristan Thompson's Kids

Khloé Kardashian has broken her extended silence on Tristan Thompson’s son with Maralee Nichols.

On Thursday’s episode of The Kardashians, the Good American co-founder and NBA player had a candid conversation about steps Thompson wanted to take to redeem himself with Kardashian’s family members. The mom of two told her ex-boyfriend, “In this family, if you do something to one of us, it affects everyone and they’re entitled to their feelings.” She added, “It’s not some small thing that happened,” referring to his infidelity with Nichols, which resulted in the conception of their son Theo.

“No, I hear you,” Thompson said to Kardashian. She responded, “Time has gone by. It’s done.” The reality star continued, “My son is here, your other son is here and some of their emotions have settled down — not forgotten, not forgiven, any of that — just settled down.” The conversation marked the first time Kardashian has spoken about Theo, who was born seven months before her own son, Tatum, whom she shares with Thompson.

Taking the same route as his ex-partner, Thompson has kept quiet about Theo since confirming he is the little boy’s father in January 2022. In a statement shared on his Instagram Story about his affair with Nichols, the basketball player wrote, “I take full responsibility for my actions. Now that paternity has been established I look forward to amicably raising our son.” Thompson added, “I sincerely apologize to everyone I’ve hurt or disappointed throughout this ordeal both publicly and privately.”

In addition to his infant sons Theo and Tatum, Thompson is also dad to his and Kardashian’s 5-year-old daughter True. Additionally, he shares 6-year-old son Prince with his ex-girlfriend Jordan Craig.
