Khloé Kardashian Admits She Would Go Under the Knife to Tweak This Body Part

The KarJenner family is not shy about sharing their body insecurities, or how they go about easing that self-doubt with pricey procedures. Hell, Kris Jenner went as far to get a facelift on a past episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, documenting her not-so-glamorous recovery for millions of viewers to see. Needless to say, these ladies hold nothing back, which is what makes them so relatable.

And, on Friday, the most outspoken member of the famous family, Khloé Kardashian, revealed how not a day goes by that she doesn't consider tweaking her nose.

The conversation began on Instagram when a fan pointed out that Kardashian's nose appeared smaller, questioning whether she got her "nose done" or if "really fleeky contouring" was the culprit. The new mom responded candidly: "One day I think I'll get one because I think about it every day. But I'm scared so for now it's all about contour."

She continued her explanation in another comment: "We go overboard [on contouring] but my nose spread during pregnancy so I'm just waiting for it to go back lol."

Koko previously discussed the the size of her nose after her body transformation in 2016 during an interview with Cosmopolitan. "Everyone says I’ve had a nose job because my nose is smaller now and I swear I haven’t,” she said, admitting that plastic surgeon Terry Dubrow told her that weight loss can slightly change nose measurements.

"He was like, ‘No, but when you were bigger, your nose can get wider.’ It’s like when you’re pregnant, your nose spreads because there’s fat pockets in there, I guess,” she explained. “So when I lost weight, my nose did get smaller, and also I now know about contouring. Like when I wash my face, my nose is wider.”

And if the day comes that Khloé decides contour isn't cutting it, she has no issues with going under the knife. “There’s this misconception that I’m not into plastic surgery, but I’m into it and I don’t care if you have it,” she told the magazine.

"We’re all putting on a f—— mask basically every day anyway,” she said. “When you dye your hair, you’re changing who you are, and I don’t think there’s anything wrong with that.”

We think Khloé is beautiful the way she is, but we appreciate her honesty on a subject that has remained taboo in Hollywood for decades. Keep doing you, Koko!
