KFC Is Elevating Their Menu With Several Saucy New Items

Kentucky Fried Chicken, or KFC, is stepping things up in 2024 with exciting new menu items for April that are no joke.
The food chain announced that it would be taking the fan-favorite Chicken Nuggets, which were introduced last year, to another level with Saucy Nuggets, with five different tasty new sauces, as shared in a new press release.
KFC's five new sauces are Honey Sriracha, Korean BBQ, Sticky Chicky Sweet 'n Sour Sauce, Nashville Hot and Georgia Gold. KFC first offered the Nashville Hot sauce in 2016 and it seems to be a fan-favorite, with the company claiming it was one of its biggest launches.
"We've entered the sauce chat," said Nick Chavez, CMO KFC U.S. "KFC has never been so finger lickin' good – literally...These sauces create an unmatched flavor experience, with something for every palate." The Saucy Nuggets will be available on April 1 for $5.99 for 10 nuggets.
Along with the new Saucy Nuggets, KFC is also adding an exciting item to its dessert menu called Apple Pie Poppers, which will be sold as four for $2.49. The new sweet treat is "filled with warm apple pie filling and wrapped in a buttery and flaky crust."
Food influencer Markie Devo also shared the news on Instagram, and fans were super excited about the new menu additions.
"The new flavors sounds good!" wrote one fan, while another said, "Loving 🥰 this announcement 📣."
There were quite a few people excited to try the Apple Pie Poppers in particular, with replies like, "Apple Pie Poppers sound amazing NGL," and "The pie poppers 😮😋😋."
Along with Saucy Nuggets and Apple Pie Poppers, KFC's 2024 year has already been filled with exciting new menu items, including the internationally-loved Chizza, which finally debuted at U.S. locations in late February. The food chain also added Smash'd Potato Bowls in January, which features mashed potatoes and fries with cheese and other toppings.
