If you harass Kevin Smith’s daughter, the ‘Jay and Silent Bob’ star will strike back!

The 47-year-old actor, director, and proud dad supported his daughter, Harley Quinn Smith, on Monday, after an Instagram user left an NSFW comment on her page that called the 17-year-old actress a litany of derogatory remarks, including “ugly” and “talentless.”

“What it’s like to be my daughter,” Kevin revealed on Instagram, explaining that she got the Instagram hate for “the heinous crime of posting a pic of herself.”

“Way to unload on a teen girl because YOU have nothing to do in life,” Kevin said, adding that despite the abusive comment, Harley Quinn “thought it was funny,” and was “bemused by the bitterness.”

“Here’s a nickel’s worth of free advice for folks like this Troll,” Kevin suggested. “If you hate me (or my kid) this much, the better use of your time is to make YOUR dreams come true, instead of slamming others for doing the same.”

“Create something nobody’s ever seen before and there is a good chance the world will notice you,” he wrote. “Attacking teen girls on the Internet … requires no discernible skill or talent.”

Previously, Harley Quinn called out the same comment on her Instagram, writing, “There are trolls everywhere you go but you can’t let it get to you!”

“At first I was like alright that hurts, but then I realized who the actual f**k cares?” she added. “I decided to laugh it off because no matter what, there are always going to be people in your life that are either jealous of you, don’t like you or perhaps are just looking to be negative, but you can’t let them get to you because if you let them upset you then they’re winning.”

Explaining that she “didn’t sink to his level,” Harley Quinn noted, “Everyone is so fantastic in their own unique way so don’t let anyone try to demean you of your worth. With 1 person trying to shut you down, there will be another 100 people there to support you.”
