It's been years since Kevin from The Office committed one of the biggest fumbles in TV history by spilling an entire pot of chili on the floor. And now, Brian Baumgartner, who played Kevin on the show, has just announced that he'll be releasing a new chili cookbook on September 13.

Titled Seriously Good Chili Cookbook, the book features an impressive 177 chili recipes. The recipes were sourced from all over the world and include Texas chili, Cincinnati chili, turkey chili, chili verde, vegetarian chili, and so much more. Fans of The Office will be pleased to hear that Oscar Nuñez, a.k.a. Dunder Mifflin accountant Oscar Martinez, wrote the book's foreword.

Given that Baumgartner is a chili aficionado and BBQ master, the book will of course feature his own chili recipe. Although he did previously reveal one of the secrets to his chili, he's said to have gone through a bit of trial and error over the years to perfect the recipe that's in the book.

"Ok everybody! It’s happening!!!!! The Chili Cookbook I have been working on for so long is here! Releasing September 13th- just in time for Chili Season. Pre- Order today. So many cool special features I can’t wait for you all to see it in person!!!," Baumgartner wrote in the caption of an Instagram video of him unboxing the cookbook.
