Kevin Hart's Every Damn Sunday Athleisure Is Made for Football Season

Kevin Hart is committed to his work, every day. In fact, the only time he isn’t on location for a shoot, checking in on his four 100-percent plant-based California restaurants Hart House, or designing new style collections is when his beloved Philadelphia Eagles are playing football.

Cheering in style from the sofa, stands, or sidelines was the impetus for his newly released and fourth curated collection with Fabletics Men, aptly dubbed Every Damn Sunday.

We reached out to Hart to get intel on the versatile fitness wear that can make men feel like they're in on the action–whether watching the game, hitting the gym, or simply running errands in your team’s colors. We also touched on his recovery from injury and his increased appreciation for healthcare professionals at large.

Men’s Journal aims to feature only the best products and services. We update when possible, but deals expire and prices can change. If you buy something via one of our links, we may earn a commission.

Men's Journal: Your new campaign seems to stretch the view of athleisure. What you want fans to feel on game days?

Kevin Hart: If you’re in your Fabletics Men gear on Sundays in the fall, you are feeling hype! When I’m watching my favorite team with my favorite crew, I must feel comfortable, yet ready to pop up at any moment to cheer on my team (yup, the Philadelphia Eagles) when they score a touchdown or make an interception. My go-to’s are literally called the Go-To Hoodie and Go-To Jogger. Every guy should suit up in this duo to take on the day, night, whenever.

Football and family go together. So, any day of the week, the family is in the mix and watching football as a team. We all have our own individual style and like similar pieces, like anything from the [aforementioned] Go-To collection.

In terms of the vision and how your multiple collections stand out from other celebrities’ lines—How did it start? How’s it going?

It has been an amazing journey to be side-by-side with the brand when Fabletics Men was launched in 2020. The mission has remained the same over the past 3-plus years: to offer curated, stylish, and high-performance gear for guys that the older performance brands have left behind.

The design team is serious about creating foundational pieces that can stand alone, while also stand out. I enjoy being part of the creative process to define and solve for what men really want and demand in their clothing. Men come in all shapes and sizes, so there is no one-size-fits-all at.

Is there anything in there for big and tall, fit and short, curvy folks?

Fabletics offers a huge variety of men’s comfortable and stylish clothing for every body. There’s a men’s Big & Tall Collection that includes activewear and everyday gear in sizes 1X to 4X. For the fit and short, I really like all of the Fabletics men’s athletic shorts, that come in 5”, 7” or 9” inseams and have optional mesh liners.

The Fundamental Short is one of my favorites because you can wear it for any sport activity. For a perfect fit, I’d check out the size guide or go in a nearby Fabletics store to test out some different gear.

Can you talk about your experience with healthcare professionals during your rehab journey? And is the medical scrub Fabletics line a love letter to them?

With my recent injury, I am reminded how important the healthcare community is to me, and my family and friends. This community deserves so much, and they absolutely deserve fly scrub sets!

Fabletics Scrubs launched in February [2023]. It was cool to be part of the launch and join in on the celebration by donating 5,000 sets of Fabletics Scrubs to Temple Health in my hometown of Philadelphia.
