Kevin Bacon Celebrates Earth Day With Kyra Segdwick

Kevin Bacon and Kyra Sedgwick are celebrating Earth Day.
The Footloose star posted a photo of Sedgwick on Instagram, surrounded by greenery and colorful flowers, in honor of the occasion. "Happy #EarthDay, folks. Let's take care of mother Earth for one another and for the generations yet to come," he captioned it.
Sedgwick shared the picture on her Instagram Story, as well, writing, "Happy Earth Day! Let's take care of our mother."

Days earlier, Bacon shared pictures of Segwick that appear to be from the same spot: Robin Hollow Farm in Rhode Island, where the couple filmed the movie Space Oddity.
One of the photos captures the couple sitting next to each other in nature, with Bacon sitting on the grass sporting a baseball cap while Sedgwick rests on a square stool, wearing a sunhat and polka dot dress. Another picture shows Sedgwick behind the camera outdoors, wearing a different outfit.
Bacon captioned the set of photos, "Two thumbs up to everyone out there that has seen #SpaceOddity 👍🏼👍🏼 And if you haven’t yet, watch it in theaters and streaming now! We loved making this movie. Hope you love it too."
Sedgwick directed Space Oddity, in which Kyle Allen stars as Alex, a man who gives up on Earth and wants to start a new life on Mars. He rethinks his decision when he falls in love with Daisy (played by Alexandra Shipp). Bacon plays Alex's dad, who owns a flower farm.
The movie was shot in Robin Hollow's fields and greenhouse, as well as the private property where its owners live.
