The actor showed off his delicious breakfast on Instagram.

Sometimes, you just want to know all about your favorite stars' everyday activities, like what they do at home on a day off, or what they like to buy at the grocery store.

Luckily for fans of Kevin Bacon, the actor showed off what he called his "Breakfast of Champions," sharing a video of himself putting it together one morning in his home.

In the video posted to Instagram, Bacon whispers his step-by-step instructions, as his wife, Kyra Sedgwick, is apparently sleeping.

Bacon starts off by saying, "You-know-who is asleep, but she did make a really good banana bread yesterday."

He then shows a clip of the bread in question, and it definitely looks delicious. Bacon goes on, saying, "I'm gonna supplement it just a little bit."

The 64-year-old then toasts the bread before putting banana slices on top, struggling to cut the banana one-handed.

As he arranges the banana slices, he says, "Oh man, I'm so excited about this."

Once that's done, Bacon smears a little peanut butter on top. He comments, "You know, that's a protein thing. You're supposed to hit your protein a little harder when you're my age."

After that, Bacon says, "Okay, that's not pretty, but damn," before taking a huge bite of his delicious creation.

The actor captioned the video, "This bread is b-a-n-a-n-a-s @kyrasedgwickofficial 🍌🍞."

Fans loved seeing this domestic moment, with one writing, "I can’t believe I am watching Kevin Bacon eating banana bread! 😂😂."

"I love your channel. You make everything more positive. Even something as simple as eating banana bread," said another.

One follower had a good suggestion for Bacon, writing, "Spread the PB first and THEN the bananas have something to stick to." Maybe he'll try that technique next time.

Someone else also suggested, "Have you tried banana split banana bread? It has crushed pineapple and cherries in addition to bananas."
