Kevin Bacon Plays Percussion on His Pig’s Belly in New Farm Video

Kevin Bacon is a man of many talents.
The Golden Globe winner is showing off one of his hidden talents in a new Instagram video: porcine percussion.
He uploaded a glimpse of his process to the social media platform on Oct. 19, in which he crouched next to a spotted pig. "I'd like to play a little percussion piece that I wrote," he said, rubbing the pig's side in a manner that sounded a bit like a rainstick or a washboard. "This is called 'Pig Belly.' It goes like this." His instrument snorted at the perfect time, kicking off the beat before Bacon began patting his belly in a rhythmic pattern.
He smiled widely at the camera, backlit by the sun as he bopped his head and grooved to the beat.
The pig decided when the song was over, stepping out of reach to come sniff at the lens, obscuring Bacon and the rest of the background with his round nose before the actor came to the device's rescue.
"I collaborated with Johnny on this piece called 'Pig Belly,'" he wrote in the caption.
One fan offered up a brilliant name for the musical duo, dubbing them, "The ‘Bacons’ ❤️," while another joked, "Bacon plays bacon."
"Catchy," someone else complimented. "I think touring could be a challenge though."
They're probably not wrong, so we suppose we'll just have to settle for more front-row tickets to his frequent digital shows. It must be almost time for another round of goat songs, right?
