A little over a year ago, we published our first keto magazine, Keto Made Easy! And while we still cook from it often, the food skews a little more summer. Think: burgers, zoodles, ice cream, and berry crisps. Not: stuffing, pie, or eggnog—all very important (and traditionally carby) holiday dishes that low-carb dieters deserve, too.

Enter Keto Comfort Food, our beautiful new magazine filled with keto-friendly versions of all your cozy, cheesy, nostalgic favorites. Right now, you may think that baked mac & cheese and lasagna are impossible to make without, well, traditional pasta. But, after rounds and rounds of testing (and working with a nutritionist to make sure the net carbs were A-OK), we can confidently say that you can make anything keto.
