Kerry Washington Is Ready for Spring in Modern Floral Gown at Critics' Choice Awards

The actress flaunted her hourglass figure on the red carpet.

Kerry Washington sparkled on the red carpet for the 2023 Critics' Choice Awards.

The actress, 45, made an epic entrance Sunday evening for the ceremony being hosted at the Fairmont Century Plaza in Los Angeles.

Washington donned a strapless gown that swept the floor while showing off her hourglass silhouette. Her ensemble was adorned with sequins throughout the entire piece and featured a sweetheart neckline with multicolored crystal embroidery. According to People, her dress was a Giorgio Armani Privé piece, which she paired with Bulgari dangle earrings and Santoni shoes. 

Washington opted for a simple makeup look while her hair featured a slicked-back and voluminous updo.

Before the Scandal alum hit the red carpet, she took to her Instagram page to share a behind-the-scenes video of her process getting ready for a major event. 

Backed to Justin Timberlake's "Sexy Back," the clip started with Washington in a hair salon smock as she rushed around with her makeup artist and hairstylist to finish the glam for the Hollywood event. The video then cut to her completed red carpet look where she struck a few poses for the camera.

"Ready when you are #CrticsChoiceAwards" Washington captioned the post. 

Actress Naomi Watts took to the comments writing, "This is GOOD!! 🙌🔥🙌"

"ALWAYS AN ICON," one fan exclaimed. 

While the actress is not up for any awards at this year's ceremony, she is a part of the star-studded lineup of presenters alongside Quinta Brunson, Sarah Hyland, Anya Taylor-Joy, and many more!
