Washington was photographed rocking a fuzzy bright green knit sweater with a high-waisted midi green satin skirt that incorporated a thigh-high slit up her left leg. The actress went one step further, accessorizing with black Fendi tights, a pair of black pumps, large statement earrings, and a green mini bag that matched her ensemble.

As for her glam, Washington kept it simple, wearing her hair straight and incorporating a soft makeup look featuring a standout lip color lined with a purple-brown color.

Many fans took to the comments to hype up the actress, with one fan writing, "So gorgeous, Fendi is everything! 💚"

"Alright now Mrs. Kerry 🖤💚," another fan wrote.

"Fab as per usual!!!🔥," a third fan added.

As for what's next for Washington, it was announced earlier this month that the actress is set to produce and star in Tyler Perry's upcoming Netflix film, Six Triple Eight. Other celebrities said to be working on the movie include Oprah Winfrey and Sam Waterston, per The Hollywood Reporter

The film follows the true story of the only all-black, all-female World War II 6888th Battalion that entered the war effort with little knowledge of their role. The 855 women were given the task of sorting through and fixing a three-year backlog of undelivered mail, which was a task many thought to be impossible. The women succeeded in their mission and sorted over 17 million pieces of mail, reconnecting American soldiers with their families and loved ones back home.

The story of the 6888th Postal Directory Battalion was kept out of the spotlight until recently, on March 14, 2022, when President Joe Biden signed a bill for women to receive Congress' highest honor–the Congressional Gold Medal.

Six Triple Eight is currently in production, and a release date has yet to be announced.
