See all the Sweet Photos of Prince George Released in Honor of His 6th Birthday
Prince George is turning six tomorrow, and Kensington Palace just released sweet new photos of the little royal in honor of his big day.
The portraits, which were shared on Prince William and Kate Middleton's social media feeds, show George smiling on the grounds of Kensington Palace, photographed by his mother, the Duchess of Cambridge. See the full post below:
Will and Kate routinely release photos of their children to mark their birthdays. Last year, Kensington Palace shared a very smiley photo of George to celebrate his fifth birthday. That snap was taken by Matt Porteous:

Earlier this year, Will and Kate shared similarly adorable photos to mark Princess Charlotte's and Prince Louis's birthdays. For Louis's first birthday in April, Will and Kate posted three photos taken by the Duchess of Cambridge to mark the milestone, showing a very expressive Louis playing in the grass.

The Cambridges shared three photographs again to celebrate Princess Charlotte's fourth birthday in May—and again, the photos were taken by Duchess Kate. The little princess is seen roaming around the grounds of her family's Norfolk estate in the photos.

Prince George is reportedly celebrating his birthday in the Caribbean. According to the Sun, the Cambridge family is currently vacationing on Mustique, an exclusive island that has become a go-to destination for the royal family. George reportedly spent his fifth birthday there as well.
George was last spotted out with his family earlier this month, when he and his siblings cheered on Prince William at a charity polo match. Kate and the Cambridge kids were joined by their cousin, Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, who spent the entire match sweetly resting in his mother's arms. It was the first time little Archie was photographed out with his cousins.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are officially on summer break from their royal duties. We can expect to see George, Charlotte, and Louis again in the fall, when George and Charlotte return to school.
