Kendall Jenner's Suede Shearling Jacket and Patchwork Trench Are the It-Girl Coats You Need This Winter

Kendall Jenner, the reigning queen of effortless street style, knows what it takes to craft a chic winter outfit. The 🔑 to her perfectly curated, cold-weather wardrobe? Popping a statement jacket on top of basics.

Over the years, the supermodel has not-so-subtly hinted that her go-to piece is a good great coat. We've seen her take to the sidewalks and Instagram wearing olive green trench coats, oversized leather jackets, and cozy puffers (from the celeb-fave brand, Alo, ofc). Kenny has worn menswear shirts as layering pieces and fuzzy teddy jackets over cropped tops, but for her latest trip in NYC, the 818 Tequila founder chose a thick, stole-it-from-a-pilot, shearling jacket.

For Kendall's interpretation of the shearling jacket, we're getting wild, wild west vibes. It looks like The Kardashians star took inspiration from her out-west trips to Wyoming with Devin Booker, as she threw on Acne Studios' cowboy-esque Shearling Leather Jacket in beige. Contrast shearling trims on the suede leather body and collar created a boxy structure, highlighting the cropped cut of the jacket. Kendall wore her coat with the contrasting, orange-brown Suede Denim Trousers from Acne Studios, which have a chap-like look to them. Square-toe, brown leather boots with a wooden chunk heel, oval sunnies, and hoop earrings complete Kendall's fall-to-winter transitional 'fit.

For a nighttime dinner out with friends, Jenner had a completely different look in mind. Serving a major throwback to the '70s, Kendall wore a head-turning, blue, orange, and brown leather patchwork trench coat. The chic jacket reached all the way to Kendall's ankles, allowing a sliver of her chestnut leather-heeled boots with pointed toes to be seen. The coordinated queen accessorized her retro wear with silver hoop earrings, an aqua phone case, and a matching (!!) baby blue Mercedes Benz G-Class.
