Kendall Jenner Wore a Corset Dress on the Red Carpet

"Decade dressing" is kind of Kendall Jenner's thing. Whether she's rocking cargo pants from the early '00s or acid washed jeans straight out of the 80s, the supermodel has never met an era she couldn't pull style inspiration from. And with her latest look, she's throwing it way (way, way) back to the 1600's, proving that "Renaissance Chic" might just be the next fashion frontier

Kendall attended the Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic in Los Angeles on Sunday wearing a blue corset-style minidress with that would have looked right at home in the 17th century. The Philosophy Di Lorenzo Serafini Dress (which is sadly sold out, featured a low scoop neck, puffed sleeves and yellow floral detailing, giving it what the designer calls a "romantic" vibe. Kenny paired the dress with a pair of white sling-backs with a tortoiseshell block heel, a white shoulder bag, and a large set of hoop earrings. To finish off her 1618-meets-2018 transformation, she finished the look with a pair of ever-trendy tiny sunglasses.

Kendall Jenner isn't the only celeb who's been bringing back the corset of late. Bella Hadid recently wore a Barbie-pink renaissance-inspired top on a date with The Weeknd, and Halsey matched her own version of the look with a set of thigh-high boots.

Not necessarily the most comfortable look stars have borrowed from the past (... we think we'll stick with '90s track paints, TYVM), but stylish nonetheless.
