Ballerini will team with two female forces!
The pop and country worlds are coming together for an epic collaboration.
On Friday, Sept. 9, Kelsea Ballerini confirmed a trio with two of her good friends in the music industry.
Ballerini took to social media to announce that she would be teaming up with Carly Pearce and Kelly Clarkson for a new single.
"a sassbomb yeehaw collab moment?!? YOU'RE DRUNK, GO HOME with my sister @carlypearce and hero sister @kellyclarkson available 9/23" she captioned the video, adding, "can i get a yeeeeehaw."
The accompanying video was equally as entertaining as Ballerini first confirmed that fans guessed correctly who the first collaborator would be.
"You guy are spies, and you did guess that it is, indeed, my girl Carly Pearce, but, but, but, friends, I did fool you because it is not just Carly Pearce," she said before cutting the video to reveal Clarkson in the frame.
"What's up? Oh, hey, Kelsea, do you want to do a duet together? Or maybe possibly a trio?" Clarkson asks.
"We could like call it "You're Drunk, Go Home,'" Ballerini suggests, to which Clarkson responds, "I love it. Okay, I'll just go ahead and do that right now."
Ballerini concludes the video by letting out a silent yet visibly excited squeal.
As mentioned in her caption, the single is set for a Sept. 23 release date, so mark those calendars and cross your fingers that this incredible trio drops some snippets on their social media pages along the way.
