Kelsea Ballerini is not afraid to show different facets of her life on social media. But in between exciting tour announcements and vulnerable moments, she accidentally caused fear among her followers with a terrifying video.

In a new clip shared to the singer's TikTok, Kelsea and her friend Alex Papiccio decided to brave their fear of heights by venturing up to "the secret 104th floor" of the Empire State Building. As the two began walking around outside, they didn't realize just how high up they were before they bravely looked downward. What's more, the duo had to deal with an intense gust of wind while up in the clouds.

"Kelsea, hold on," Alex said as she walked behind the "Miss Me More" songstress. "Go! I'm holding on to you! Hold the wall!"

Meanwhile, Kelsea's reaction was a bit more inquisitive, but still terrified. "How high are we? About 1,400 feet? Right, right, right," she said.

Although Kelsea and Alex made it to the other side without freaking out too much, the country star's fans couldn't say the same. When they came across the clip, many immediately took to the comments to express their own phobia of heights and others pleaded for the artist to practice caution.

"Be safe, be careful," one person wrote in the TikTok comments. "My stomach is in knots watching this! Such a fear of heights 🙈🙈," another user added. "Omg girl you are BRAVE!!! I could never!!!" a different follower noted as well.

Luckily, Kelsea gathered enough courage to complete the challenge and even got a great picture out of it. But she's about to make more memories, as she recently revealed on both her TikTok and Instagram accounts.

After the holiday season, Kelsea will head to the U.K. in February to play songs from her recently-released album Subject to Change. What's more, she'll also probably be in attendance at the 2023 Grammys, as she received a Best Country Solo Performance nomination for her single "Heartfirst."
