I eat to feel good. Whatever makes feel more energized and happy, that's what I want to put in my body. All these ingredients are pretty good for you.

KELLY KILLOREN BENSIMON: They do give me a lot of energy. And I think using this as my new diet, just eating all cookies all the time.

TEDDY BENSIMON: I'm starting off with 1 cup of 1/2 monk fruit sugar and 1/2 coconut sugar. Next, we have 1 cup of creamy unsalted almond butter, one vegan egg, 1/2 of a tablespoon of vegan butter, 1/4 of a cup of semi-sweet vegan chocolate chips, and we're going to be using 1/2 of a teaspoon of baking soda. I have my ingredients mixed up.

I've already got my oven set to 350. I got my assistant here, and I'm going to make these into little balls.

KELLY KILLOREN BENSIMON: All right, let's put these in. Let's see what they look like.

TEDDY BENSIMON: Now we're at the hardest part of the whole entire process, waiting.

KELLY KILLOREN BENSIMON: The waiting.
