  • Kelly Rowland brought her A-game to last night's iHeartRadio Music Awards—and she's got the Instagram snaps to prove it.

  • The 41-year-old Destiny's Child alumna looked beyond stunning as she wore a see-through crochet gown to introduce fellow Houston native, Megan Thee Stallion. And damn, her booty is legit sculpted!

  • Kelly's always been way into fitness. And to stay in such amazing shape, she regularly does 90-minute workouts with her trainer, Massy Arias.


Kelly Rowland looked so gorgeous at last night's iHeartRadio Music Awards.

The Destiny's Child alumna, 41, was there to introduce fellow Houston, Texas, native Megan Thee Stallion for her performance at the show. And she looked absolutely stunning. In a series of pics posted to her Instagram, Kelly showed off her super-toned booty in a see-through crochet gown that she accessorized with oversized earrings and super long, sleek hair.

"Had fun at the @iheartradio music awards!🧡Congrats @theestallion 🧡 Bummed I didn’t get a pic with @davidguetta. Love you love you! you made my heart smile, @davidguetta," she captioned the pics.

And the pics got lots of love from her followers: Actress Ashley Blaine wrote, "You. Know. What. Sis?!" Actress Niecy Nash commented, "😍😍😍😍", and Lala Anthony wrote, "Wooowwww😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍." Plus, Project Runway judge Elaine Welteroth commented, "Okkkkk 🔥🔥🔥🔥."

The mom of two told Women’s Health in 2020 that her workouts typically include 90-minute sessions with her trainer Massy Arias or with the pros at the celeb-loved Dogpound gym near her house.

Her workouts include a mix of cardio, weighted crunches, band work, and lots of movement.

She also works with trainer Rebecca Broxterman, who had Kelly working out when she was nine months pregnant with her second son Noah, which included bodyweight exercises like wall sit, squats, and donkey kicks.

And as for her diet, Kelly told WH that she usually kicks her day off with a breakfast of oatmeal sweetened with raspberries and sometimes sprinkled with chia seeds or flaxseeds. She also said she’s “obsessed” with sandwiches, like a turkey option with mustard, rye, sprouts, onion, and avocado. And, for dinner, she’ll usually have chicken or fish, along with asparagus or a salad.

But she'll also treat herself. "Trust me, there are some days when it’s hard to look at seeds and nuts and fruit when everybody’s got French fries and burgers and Roscoe’s chicken and waffles at midnight,” she says.

And last year, she treated herself to some delicious Jamaican beef patties while on vacation.

We need some of those Jamaican beef patties ASAP!
