Kelly Ripa Revealed Exciting Career News and 'Live' Fans Can't Stop Cheering

Kelly Ripa fans, you can now take your favorite daytime host on the go even after watching her on TV.

Best known for sharing her thoughts on Live With Kelly and Ryan, she's now taking that theme to an audio format with the announcement of her new podcast, Let's Talk Off Camera With Kelly Ripa. According to Kelly's Instagram post about the project, her latest venture will drop on March 22 and it will dive into "a variety of personal and meaningful topics" that fans won't necessarily hear while on the air. What's more, Kelly plans to do this alongside a number of celebrity guests.

"Hey, it's Kelly Ripa — you know, from your TV," folks hear her say in the short clip. "Now, the makeup is coming off, the sweats are going on, we're ditching the script and getting down to business. On my brand-new podcast, Let's Talk Off Camera With Kelly Ripa. Some of the best conversations happen backstage in my dressing room, and now, I'm inviting you in."

Given how Kelly's professional world is about to change with Ryan Seacrest's exit from Live, folks couldn't be more ecstatic to see the next phase of Kelly's career. They let her know so in the comments on Instagram shortly after seeing her post.

"I have never listened to a podcast (no lie!) but this? THIS I will listen to!" one person wrote. "I’m so excited! This might encourage me to go for walks and listen!!" a different follower added. "THIS IS ALL I'VE EVER WANTED/NEEDED," another exclaimed.

We can't wait to see how Kelly fares in this new media format, although doing audio isn't necessarily a new thing for her — she already created an audiobook for her 2022 memoir, Live Wire: Long-Winded Short Stories. According to Kelly's video, listeners can anticipate hearing celebrities like Anderson Cooper, Holly Robinson Peete and Kal Penn be "unfiltered, often unhinged" with her.
