Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos do pretty much everything together, including looking jaw-droppingly fit. The LIVE With Kelly and Mark host just casually shared an Instagram photo of herself and her co-host/husband posing in bathing suits next to an infinity pool, and it's #couplesgoals meets #fitspiration.

The photo is simple: Kelly, 53, is in a strapless one-piece suit that puts her toned legs and strong arms on full display, while Mark, 52, is working a six pack in board shorts. Both have glowy, gorgeous skin and look all-around amazing.

“Greetings from Captains Underpants 🩱🩳 (One last swim),” the All My Children alum wrote in the caption. Cue Kelly's followers—including some famous friends—totally freaking out in the comments (and fair). “I’m sorry to see that you’ve both just let yourselves go. Let’s do better in 2024 😍,” joked Lisa Rinna. “Tell us all what to do! We need a step by step guide! This is book 2!” wrote Jenny Mollen.

Of course, Kelly has been more than clear about working hard to stay so fit. She’s been a longtime fan of celebrity trainer Anna Kaiser’s dance-based workouts. Check out this montage she shared back in late 2022 of her workouts with Kaiser and others:

Kelly also gave Kaiser’s studio a shoutout in October for the Live with Kelly and Mark Halloween episode dance routine:

Kaiser also praised Kelly’s work ethic in 2022, noting that she “never cancels” on their sessions. She also pointed out that Kelly trains with her team five to six times a week:

Food-wise, Kelly follows an alkaline diet. That means she only eats foods that are low in acid, like fresh veggies, healthy fats, whole grains, and low-sugar fruits. “Ninety-nine percent of her diet is plant-based," Kelly's nutritionist, Daryl Gioffre, previously told Women’s Health. "Once in a while she will have an animal protein, like a wild-caught fish, but it's always the best quality."

As for that glowing skin, Kelly keeps it simple. “In the morning, when I shower, I just use my Dove white bar soap,” she previously told Glamour. “Then I use these brightening cleansing pads that I’m really into right now, the Rodial Vit C cleansing pads.”

Kelly has also been open about getting Botox injections. She hilariously shared a photo in early 2023 of a dedication in her book to her doctor, Robert Anolik, on Instagram Stories before getting Botox injections that read, per People, “Dear Dr. Anolik — The true love of my life. Thank you for keeping me 5-10 years younger looking than I am. Love, Kelly XO."
