Kelly Osbourne Gives Birth to First Child With Boyfriend Sid Wilson

Kelly Osbourne and her boyfriend, DJ Sid Wilson, are officially parents!

Proud grandmother Sharon Osbourne confirmed the birth of her fifth grandchild on the British chat show The Talk, where she revealed the bouncing baby boy's name is Sidney and that both of his parents are doing "so, so great."

The doting grandmother also noted that Kelly is particularly protective over the new baby, whose date of birth has not been revealed. "She won't let a picture go out of him," Sharon said. "And I'm so proud of her."

Kelly later shared a note to curious fans via a recent Instagram Story, per TODAY, writing, "I am not ready to share him with the world. It is no one's place but mine to share any information on my baby."

We're glad to hear some good news from the host after her recent medical scare.

The Osbourne family matriarch was rushed to the hospital on Friday, Dec. 16, after an incident on the set of the paranormal Travel Channel series Jack and Kelly Osbourne: Night of Terror.

Upon returning to The Talk, Sharon revealed that she had passed out while filming an episode at the Glen Tavern Inn in Ventura County, California. Unfortunately, they never found a cause for her scare. "I went to one hospital, they took me to another hospital, and I did every test over two days, and nobody knows why," she said.

On Instagram, she wrote of the episode, "So happy to be back @thetalkuk! We chatted briefly about my holiday trip to the hospital. Although it's still a mystery I'm feeling fantastic and ready to get talking! 🇬🇧."
