Kelly Clarkson Wore a Bold See-Through Dress and 'The Voice' Fans Are Speechless

With the release of her latest album Chemistry, Kelly Clarkson is back as the center of attention in the world of music. One area she also proves her excellence in is her choice in looks for major events, which she shows off repeatedly on television.

Back in May 2018, the "I Hate Love" singer was a coach on The Voice season 14. As she took the stage to perform the song "I Don't Think About You," Kelly shocked fans when she appeared wearing a dark red ball gown from Monique Lhuillier. The dress itself stood out with its sweetheart neckline, a form-fitting bodice that cinched at the waist and a tulle skirt that reached to the floor. The design also reflected the musician's love of flowers with lacy floral patterns overlaying the length of the garment.

The true highlight of Kelly's outfit, though, came from the transparent overlay that covered the top of her gown. The light red material not only showed off a long-sleeve silhouette, but it also had the matching lace pattern. The dramatic yet feminine touches made Kelly look equally fierce and delicate while onstage.

As she embraced both the edge and softness of her attire, Kelly continued the theme with similar accents. While the shoes weren't visible for the performance, The Kelly Clarkson Show host wore dangling earrings for jewelry.

She also parted her blonde hair to the side and styled it into soft waves. Tying it together with makeup, she went bold with her black eyeshadow, but kept it neutral with her blush and lipstick.

When the American Idol winner posted highlight photos from the night on Instagram, no one could deny how gorgeous she appeared in them. Unsurprisingly, fans rushed to the comments to share their thoughts with her.
