Kelly Clarkson Is Selling Her Los Angeles Home for $10 Million
Surrounded by flowing streams, tall trees, and open spaces, Kelly Clarkson's Montana ranch, "Vintage Valley" (where the singer is self-isolating), is a rural dream complete with horses and cozy cabins. Meanwhile, in a very different setting across the country, The Voice coach's Los Angeles home is currently on the market for $9,995,000, according to TMZ.
Located in the Encino neighborhood of the San Fernando Valley, the sprawling estate was custom built in 2018. The 9,839-square-foot home features eight bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and two half bathrooms. It also has a gym and a theater room. And if that isn't enough: There's even a two-story guest house with a full kitchen and two bathrooms!
Inside, the main home features high wood-beam ceilings and an open floor plan. The kitchen area has three islands (That's one more than Nancy Meyers has in her stunning kitchen). With a vaulted ceiling, a private patio, a fireplace, a bathroom with a tub, a sitting area, and a huge walk in closet, the master suite could be its own home.
Outside, lush greenery surrounds the spacious backyard. An ideal place for entertaining—especially given L.A.'s weather—it boasts a built-in lounge, a fire pit, a manicured lawn, a pool, and a spa. The best part (of the entire home)? There's a fully equipped kitchen with a pizza over. So residents can lounge on pool floats and eat homemade pizza in the comfort of their backyard.
Chris Corkum and Lisa Brende of Compass hold the listing.
