The wait is almost over for the return of The Kelly Clarkson Show. Fans will be thrilled to know that season 5 is on its way very soon, but things will look different this year as the show relocates from California to New York. She'll be filming in 30 Rock's Studio A, home to the Late Night series hosted by David Letterman, Conan O’Brien, and Jimmy Fallon,
NBC Universal announced in November 2022 that the show was renewed for a fifth season. But there had been no news since season 4 wrapped up in the spring due to the writers' strike. Now that the strike has been resolved, talk shows like The Kelly Clarkson Show are resuming filming. For Kelly's show, that means viewers can tune in on October 16 for new episodes.
The show's official Instagram account broke the news: "We’re back y’all 💕🤗🗽All-new episodes begin Monday Oct. 16 from our new home in NYC! Request tickets at link in bio."

According to a press release, Alex Duda, showrunner and executive producer, gave viewers a tease of what to expect: “We can’t wait to welcome a vibrant audience to join us in studio. There will be lots of surprises and plenty of giveaways. Kellyoke fans can expect to see Kelly and her band perform impromptu duets with our 30 Rock neighbors and talent from Broadway, plus more ‘Songs & Stories’ episodes with artists such as P!NK, Garth Brooks and Chris Martin. We’ll also do our signature ‘Good Neighbor’ segment, highlighting everyday people doing extraordinary things in their communities.”
